Zoom Ball
Each player grips the two handles on his side of the
zoom ball -- one in each hand -- so that your knuckles touch. Let the ball rest against one player's handles.
Stand apart so that the cord is almost straight. The player closest to the ball starts by pulling his hands and arms apart. This will send the ball zooming toward your opponent who must send it back -- the same way -- before it touches their handles. Keep on zooming until one player lets it touch his hands OR isn't able to send the
ball back!
How many times can you and your partner send the ball back and forth without stopping? Keep trying to beat your best record!
This simple toy is a great way to work on standing balance, eye-hand
coordination and bilateral hand use.
